Having worked with more than 10,000 individuals and authored 25+ health and wellness books, Britt brings a powerful combination of real-world expertise and strategic insight into how human performance directly impacts workplace outcomes.
She is a graduate of the Duke Health & Well-Being Coach Training Program, a nationally recognized, evidence-based program designed to prepare coaches to meet the highest standards in health and wellness coaching. She has also completed advanced training through Harvard Medical School’s Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching Program, further strengthening her expertise in behavior change science, lifestyle medicine, and sustainable performance optimization.
